The Newport Aquarium, Newport, Kentucky, will serve as the venue for the 2010 KDC Fall Seminar.  Speakers/topics to date include:  David Kramer, 2.0 hours regarding recent changes in civil procedures; Tom Rouse regarding Ethics & Professional Conduct; Todd Myers (topic to be decided); and U.S. Magistrate Greg Wehrman regarding mediation of claims in Federal Court.  Defense of Employment Claims is another topic being looked at.

This would be a great time to bring your family along for a long weekend.  The Bengals play on Sunday in Cincinnati, and the Reds (at the rate they are going) may have a home play-off game.
